Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a LPC in the state of Missouri. I have been seeing clients for over 15 years and now offer sessions virtually. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. My Masters is in Counseling Education. During covid, I completed a Specialist Degree: Mental Health Practices in Schools. Besides seeing clients through counseling, I have also been an Elementary School Counselor for the past 17 years. I am a Mom to 2 great adult kids. I am also engaged to a wonderful man and we are set to be married this year! Over the years I have worked with a wide population of clients from 3-80.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is for it not to be so scary and intimidating. I ensure that clients feel at ease and not judged in anyway.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel as though they have sat down with a friend to discuss life and all the curve balls it throws us. I'm great at listening, but even better at paying attention to what clients need and value in a counseling relationship.
