Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience, I help individuals, couples and families facing emotional, social, relational, professional and physical challenges. By using a strength-based therapeutic approach that works with people who are struggling to find positive life changes, together, we will focus on your individual qualities, abilities, and skills; empowering you and helping you to develop positive self-esteem and gain confidence in what you can accomplish.

My approach to therapy

Whether you’re seeking short term therapy to cope with situational stress or long term therapy to address recurring struggles, I will work with you in a way that’s respectful and committed to meeting your individual needs and personal goals in therapy.

What you can expect from me

After getting to know each other in the first session, future visits will be more therapeutic in nature. For example, in your second session, you may explore a specific symptom, problem, or past trauma you mentioned in the first session. While you likely want to know how long it's going to take to "feel better," there's no simple answer. It's very individualized.
