Great to meet you!
As someone who is neurodivergent, living with both ADHD and Dyslexia, I understand what it feels like to face systems that do not always support different kind of minds. I beat the odds, earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University and have over five years of clinical experience. Today I'm dedicate to helping others who feel unseen, overwhelmed or stuck find understanding, balance, and growth.
My passion for this work comes from a deep curiosity about how the brain and body hold onto trauma, and how healing unfolds when we give those experiences a voice.
In my practice, I aim to create a space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported as you reconnect with yourself, make sense of your experiences and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered and whole.
