Great to meet you!

I have a masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago, and am a licensed clinical social worker. I have 10 years of clinical experience. Born and raised in the south side of Chicago, I currently live north of Springfield with my husband and three cats. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community but I have experience working with almost every walk of life.

My approach to therapy

My practice follows a client-led approach; you bring what's on your mind to the session and I bring my training to help find solutions to problems and resolution to distress. Using my ten years of clinical experience and skills in cultivating connection with my clients, we will work together to on whatever you're struggling with. I have helped navigate depression, anxiety, grief, and many other life challenges.

What you can expect from me

First I want to know about you and your goals! Understanding your perspective and struggles is the first step to treatment. Then we can figure out next steps and what shape our work will take.
