Great to meet you!
You might be navigating questions around identity, relationships, or sexuality—whether that’s within a monogamous or open relationship, or in the context of anxiety, depression, substance use, or patterns that feel difficult to change. You may also be dealing with the impact of infidelity, sexual compulsivity, or feeling disconnected in your relationships. My role is to help you make sense of these experiences and move toward more intentional, aligned ways of living and relating.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, particularly gay men, and offer a space that is culturally attuned and grounded in understanding the nuances of identity, intimacy, and relational dynamics.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am trained in EMDR, Parts Work (IFS), and Gottman Method Couple's Therapy. My work is informed by ongoing advanced training and current research, allowing me to tailor treatment to your specific needs and goals.
