Great to meet you!

I'm Dominika Wojcik-Lieberman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, where I also completed the Addiction Counselors Training (ACT) Program. I have over 10 years of clinical experience. I work with young adults, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I offer sessions in both English and Polish. Beyond my clinical training, I bring my own life experience to this work. I've been through my own difficult seasons, faced hard truths, and made meaningful changes, and that understanding shapes how I show up for every client.

My approach to therapy

I believe real change requires your active participation — therapy is something we do together, not something I do to you. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on multiple evidence-based methods tailored to you specifically rather than applying a single rigid framework. My background in hospital-based and specialty clinical settings means I'm experienced with complex, layered challenges, not just everyday stress, but the kind of struggles that haven't responded to other approaches.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply about you telling your story at your own pace. I'll ask you questions to understand, not to judge. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right fit and what working together could look like. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out — you just need to be open to starting where you are.
