Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dominique, a Licensed Professional Counselor and substance use specialist. I’ve worked with adults navigating substance use concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, and identity challenges for over a decade. My approach is real, compassionate, and culturally aware. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation that helps you grow, not a clinical checklist.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative style that combines CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based techniques. My work focuses on helping clients understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and create lives that actually feel good. I keep therapy honest, supportive, and empowering. You’ll always get authenticity and care, never judgment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you hope to change. I create a space that’s relaxed but intentional, where you can exhale and be fully yourself. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns, strengths, and small, real-world steps toward the life you want.
