Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and have been practicing since 2018. I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
I have served in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, the Department of Corrections, and sexual assault centers. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the impact of trauma and how it can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. I take a trauma-informed approach, ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and supported at their own pace.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected internally.
My approach to therapy is intentional, structured, and supportive. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered techniques to help clients build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for daily life.
I specialize in working with adults who are ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and engage in meaningful, lasting change. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin responding to life more grounded and intentionally.
