Great to meet you!

I’m Dominique, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and find their path to healing and growth. My own journey through life’s ups and downs has taught me the power of resilience, and I’m honored to create a safe, supportive space for others to bloom through adversity. I graduated from the USF School of Social Work with my MSW in 2018.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults facing challenges such as grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management and impulse control, family issues, and PTSD. My approach is rooted in understanding your unique story and empowering you to build on your strengths to achieve meaningful change. Using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to your needs, including Strength-Based, Trauma-Focused, CBT, Behavior Modification, and Solution-Focused.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking support to process loss, manage emotions, or navigate life’s transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you. Taking the first step toward therapy can be overwhelming, but it’s also a sign of strength and hope. Together, we’ll create a space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
