Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, caregivers, high-achieving women, and busy adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck in survival mode. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, and life transitions through a combination of medication management and supportive therapy.

My goal is to help you regain clarity, confidence, and control so you can stop simply getting through each day and start building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe effective treatment starts with understanding the whole person, not just symptoms. Together, we'll explore the factors affecting your mental health, including stress, relationships, work demands, sleep, focus, and emotional well-being.

I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and practical strategies drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused approaches. I explain treatment options clearly, encourage shared decision-making, and create realistic plans that fit your life.

My goal is for you to leave appointments feeling heard, supported, empowered, and equipped with tools you can use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding what brought you to treatment and what you'd like to improve. We'll discuss your current symptoms, personal history, stressors, strengths, and treatment goals.

I take time to listen carefully, answer your questions, and help you understand your options. If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss the benefits and risks together. We'll also begin developing practical strategies to support your progress right away.

Most clients leave their first appointment feeling relieved, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
