Great to meet you!

Helping you stop taking rejection personally and feel more secure in who you are. Uncover the wound, recover yourself.

You didn’t just feel rejected, you started questioning yourself. Over time, that can show up as overthinking, avoiding what feels overwhelming, or struggling to feel confident in who you are and how you show up in your relationships and everyday life. It's time to reclaim your voice and identity after experiencing rejection or unhealthy relationship dynamics.

I earned my Master's in Counseling and have 4 years of experience supporting teenagers, men, and women navigating challenges like rejection, avoidance, trauma, and identity struggles (not to be confused with gender identity). We’ll explore the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can better understand why you respond the way you do and begin to respond differently.

Clients often tell me they appreciate how I balance compassion with practical strategies. Together, we’ll focus on bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, whether that’s feeling more confident socially, healing from old wounds, or reconnecting with your authentic identity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, authentic, and often infused with a touch of humor. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I create a safe space where clients can show up as their full selves, without fear of judgment. Much of my work centers on exploring themes of rejection, avoidance, and identity (not to be confused with gender identity), particularly as they impact women. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or torn between who they’ve been told they are and who they want to become. Together, we'll uncover the strength and confidence that already exists within.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and honesty. My goal is to help you untangle painful experiences, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your authentic identity. Whether you’re navigating relationships, personal growth, or simply learning how to show up for yourself, I aim to help you find clarity and confidence on your journey.
