My name is Dominique Jackson Pittman. I am an LCSW, seeing clients in the state of Indiana. I graduated from Indiana State University with my MSW. I pride myself in empowering others through my energetic and down to earth personality. I have been practicing therapy since 2017 and have been in the helping profession since 2013.

My approach to therapy

I like to use a Cognitive approach to help the client understand thoughts. I use a Dialectical approach to help with coping via mindfulness and other distress tolerance skills.
