Great to meet you!

I was raised in the Cleveland area and earned my bachelor's degree from Syracuse University before completing my master's degree in Counseling and Art Therapy at Ursuline College. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthier thought patterns, build self-confidence, and navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. My multicultural approach to counseling emphasizes authenticity, belonging, and respect for each client's unique experiences. I also believe that creativity and self-expression can be powerful tools for healing, insight, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches with an emphasis on Adlerian Therapy, Art Therapy, and Multicultural Counseling to help clients develop insight, build resilience, and create lasting change. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related challenges, with specialized experience in sports therapy, adoption, and foster care. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding your unique story, background, strengths, and concerns before jumping into treatment. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress. Together, we'll identify your goals and develop a collaborative treatment plan that reflects your needs, values, and hopes for therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered from the very beginning.
