I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges, and I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating life's many transitions. Whether you're struggling with persistent stress, panic attacks, low self-esteem, family conflict, behavioral concerns, or overwhelming emotions, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
