Great to meet you!
If you’re looking for a therapist who nods quietly and says “mmhmm” for 50 minutes, that’s probably not me. I’m warm, direct, occasionally sarcastic (in a good way), and deeply committed to helping you feel understood without ever feeling judged. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical, it can feel real.
I work with those navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, chronic illness, and the general overwhelm that comes with being human. Many of my clients are balancing a lot, responsibilities, expectations, family dynamics, health concerns, and feel like they’re supposed to just “handle it.” You don’t have to handle it alone.
My background includes working in medical settings and crisis environments, with extensive experience in death and dying, palliative care, mental health crises, child welfare, and supporting families during some of their hardest moments. I’m comfortable in high-pressure situations and steady when emotions run high. If things feel heavy, complicated, or messy- that’s okay.
