Great to meet you!

Hey and congratulations on taking the first step in your healing journey. Together, we can create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process life’s experiences without feeling like you have to carry everything alone. Life can be overwhelming, and therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you improve your quality of life, reconnect with your authentic self, and strengthen your emotional regulation skills. Growth and change can feel uncomfortable, but learning to move through discomfort is often where healing begins.

My approach to therapy

During sessions I use a combination of CBT, DBT, & ACT to best fit the needs of my clients. I'm compassionate, nonjudgmental, direct, and realistic with my approach to therapy and I enjoy the personalities each client brings to sessions (it's okay to cry).

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you, help yourself. You are an expert in your own life and therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support and guide you without judgment, criticism, or shame. Show up exactly as you are — fully and authentically. Together, we can begin a journey of healing, self-discovery, & lasting wellness
