I specialized in working within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities however I welcome those of all backgrounds, religions, and identifies. My goal is to help you find your inner wisdom to create change in how you navigate difficult situations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to empower clients to create positive change in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress management, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I offer a combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness training, and other evidenced based techniques to bring awareness to the power and personal responsibility in each of us.
