Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Dominyse Davis, a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Rejuvenate Muncie. I specialize in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on mental health, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and treatment-resistant depression.

My background combines primary care and mental health, allowing me to look at the full picture—physical health, mental health, and lifestyle factors—when creating treatment plans. I offer medication management, along with supportive care tailored to each individual.

I am passionate about creating a space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. My goal is to make treatment approachable, collaborative, and effective while helping patients regain stability and improve their overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I believe that no two patients are the same, so treatment plans are tailored to each person’s symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

I prioritize open communication and education so patients fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options. Whether we are managing medications or exploring advanced therapies, I work closely with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their care plan.

I also take a holistic approach, considering sleep, stress, nutrition, and overall wellness alongside mental health treatment. My goal is not just symptom management, but long-term improvement and stability.

Patients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where their concerns are taken seriously and their progress is continuously evaluated and adjusted as needed.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, patients can expect a thorough and relaxed conversation focused on understanding their history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. I take time to review mental health symptoms, medical history, previous treatments, and any factors that may be impacting overall well-being.

This visit is also an opportunity for patients to ask questions and feel comfortable with the process. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options, next steps, and follow-up recommendations.

My goal for the first session is for patients to feel heard, supported, and confident in the direction of their care. By the end of the visit, patients should have a clear understanding of their plan and what to expect moving forward.
