Great to meet you!

As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health with combined 12 of experience, I bring a comprehensive approach to patient care that addresses the intricate connection between physical and mental well-being. My passion for mental health drives every aspect of my practice, and I am committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve. I believe that true healing occurs when we treat the whole person, and my focus is to provide integrated care that honors the needs of my clients.

I offer a 10-15-minute “get to know you” consultation via a virtual platform. This consultation is not meant to be treated as an appointment or a formal session; it is intended to be brief and informal. I offer this to see if I can effectively help meet your needs, but even more so, to give you an opportunity to decide whether you feel I could be a good fit in your treatment goals. If you are interested, I’d be happy to do meet with you.

My approach to therapy

Whether supporting individuals through life transitions, managing chronic mental health conditions, or promoting overall mental health wellness, I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic partnership that empowers patients to achieve their fullest potential and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect from Your First Session – Your first session with me is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible from the moment we meet.
