I take my job seriously and am dedicated to working collaboratively to identify strategies that work for my clients...not just to alleviate the problems they are struggling with now, but to support their long term growth and happiness. This includes using evidenced based approaches such as: Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Therapy.

Stress and Anxiety can create many problems throughout your daily life. I have successfully worked with others to address: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress Management, Anger Management, and Couples/Marriage Challenges. This is accomplished through compassion based strategies that will help you to build the skills necessary to take control back.
