Great to meet you!

When you're exhausted from fighting the same battles over and over again, it can be difficult to imagine things getting better. I work with adults and seniors navigating depression, substance use concerns, anger management challenges, men's issues, and stress management difficulties. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, frustrated by repeated setbacks, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you're struggling with addiction, overwhelming stress, relationship challenges, grief, identity concerns, or emotions that feel difficult to control, therapy can provide a space to better understand what's happening and begin creating lasting change. My goal is to help you regain a sense of direction, build healthier coping strategies, and create a life that feels more stable, purposeful, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth happens when we move beyond simply talking about problems and begin developing practical strategies that create real change. My approach is direct, collaborative, and solution focused while providing a supportive environment where clients can honestly examine the thoughts, behaviors, and experiences contributing to their current challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral techniques, and recovery oriented approaches to help clients build healthier patterns and stronger emotional wellbeing. Together, we may explore depression, substance use recovery, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, panic symptoms, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship concerns, family issues, and stress management. Therapy is focused on increasing self awareness, strengthening accountability, developing practical coping skills, and creating sustainable progress that extends beyond the therapy session.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, straightforward, and judgment free environment where you feel respected, challenged, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I believe therapy should help you not only understand your struggles but also develop the tools needed to create meaningful change in your daily life. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, improved emotional regulation, stronger confidence, greater resilience, and a clearer sense of purpose. Whether you're navigating depression, recovery from substance use, anger management concerns, or ongoing life stressors, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, capable, and equipped to build the life you want moving forward.
