Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of clinical experience supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and encouraging. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe to explore what matters most to you. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you — it’s about partnering together to better understand your story, strengthen your resilience, and identify practical, meaningful solutions that fit your life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and have extensive training in evidence-based and relational therapies. My treatment approaches include EMDR, Interpersonal Therapy, a feminist therapeutic framework, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I tailor these methods to each individual, drawing from what best supports your needs and strengths.

I work with adults (18+) and have experience helping clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, and patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming.

Reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect — and to walk alongside you as you build the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

I work from a holistic and inquisitive lens, considering the emotional, relational, cultural, and systemic factors that shape your experiences. I believe lasting change happens when insight is paired with actionable strategies, so our work will be both reflective and solution-focused. You can expect thoughtful questions, compassionate support, and steady encouragement as we clarify your goals and move toward them at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and talking through what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current concerns, strengths, and goals, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This time is collaborative and conversational — a chance for you to share your story, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. Together, we’ll start identifying priorities and outline a clear, supportive path forward that feels practical, personalized, and hopeful.
