Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel a lot like trying on shoes, as sometimes it takes a few tries to find the perfect fit that feels comfortable and supportive. Just like those shoes, therapy should feel like a natural, safe space where you can move forward with confidence. I am here to be that clinician and the right fit to walk alongside you on your mental health journey. I specialize heavily in working with young adults (ages 18 to 24) and adults who are juggling the everyday stress and anxiety that come with balancing work and life. Whether you are dealing with depression, ADHD, anger management, mood disorders, or navigating major life transitions, my goal is to help you show up as your healthiest, most authentic self. Together, we will work on building your confidence and finding your voice so you can advocate for yourself, whether that is at work, in your relationships, or in other parts of your life. Whether you are taking your first step into therapy or continuing your path to wellness, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe that genuine emotional growth flourishes when we balance evidence-based practices with a deeply authentic human connection. My therapeutic approach integrates the principles of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with a strictly client-centered framework. This combination allows us to collaboratively establish clear, achievable goals tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. By drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based techniques, and even Music Therapy, I tailor our work to harness your innate strengths and resources. Throughout our time together, I will actively support and guide you, recognizing and celebrating your progress as well as navigating any challenges that arise. By fostering a collaborative and empathetic environment, I aim to empower you, facilitating meaningful and sustainable growth so you can create a life that feels balanced and true to who you are.

What you can expect from me

Stepping into an initial therapy visit takes immense courage, and my hope is that our first meeting acts as a quiet refuge where you can safely step away from the heavy demands of daily stress. I prioritize absolute transparency in our communication and encourage the same openness from you right from the start, cultivating a completely non-judgmental and supportive environment. During our first session, we will explore your unique needs, history, and symptoms at a natural, comfortable pace, and there is never any pressure to unpack everything at once. Together, we will collaboratively design a personalized roadmap for your healing, ensuring you leave our first hour feeling fully heard, respected, and ready to confidently advocate for your own well-being.
