Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy takes courage, whether you're navigating a personal challenge or facing a crisis in your relationships. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in positive psychology and is strengths-based and solution-focused. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals and offering a supportive, collaborative space for growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, understand what brought you to therapy, and explore what you need most right now. We’ll discuss your expectations, questions, and concerns about therapy, while beginning to identify strengths and patterns that may be impacting you. Together, we’ll establish a few initial goals and a collaborative plan for moving forward.
