Great to meet you!

A bit about me

I have been in the counseling field for over 30 years and have remained a lifelong learner throughout. I view counseling as a collaborative learning experience, where we explore together and discover ways to bring you a greater sense of well-being and joy. I have a wealth of experience and remain committed to learning the newest evidence-based practices to help my clients create greater well-being and joy. Thank you for checking out my practice!
