I have over 20 years of experiencing in helping people understand their individual situations and identify skills to manage not only for now but for future challenges as well.

My approach to therapy

I work to connect past experiences with current beliefs and functioning to then find solutions to effective management of symptoms, interpersonal relationships and increase an individuals understanding. I am well skilled in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Based Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will take the time to understand the presenting concern, understand how your situation impacts you, and explore goals. At the end of the first session you will leave with actionable steps to make changes in your life and an understanding of the longer term plan.
