Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood swings, or life transitions can make it hard to find clarity or relief. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re navigating a crisis or simply need a space to talk things through and gain an objective perspective, support is here. Together, we’ll work to reduce symptoms, build coping skills, and help you feel more grounded, understood, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, and trauma-informed, focused on building trust in a safe, nonjudgmental space. In our first session, we’ll move at your pace as I learn your story, concerns, and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that reflects your needs—helping you feel empowered, supported, and equipped for meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of experience, I provide holistic, compassionate care. I strongly support the value of talk therapy and offer a space for those who simply need to be heard. Sessions are collaborative, where you’ll feel respected, supported, and actively involved in your care.
