Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Donna Cipriani, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 27 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, and major life transitions

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, understood, and supported without judgment Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with difficult emotions, navigating a relationship, or simply ready for something to change, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find a path forward

My goal is to help you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support lasting change and greater balance in your life

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented I believe therapy should be tailored to you, with a balance of understanding, honest conversation, and practical support

I draw from CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused approaches Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences affecting you while building healthier ways to cope and move forward

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and understand what you hope to accomplish You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a direction for therapy that fits your needs You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about the path forward :::
