Great to meet you!

I work with:

  • Adults dealing with anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, or feeling “not good enough”
  • people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break
  • people who are hard on themselves despite doing a lot right
  • people who feel anxious, self-critical, or disconnected from themselves
  • people who look fine on the outside but are struggling underneath

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you create meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to explore what’s going on, while also giving you practical tools to use in your daily life.

In our work together, I help you identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so you can better understand why you feel the way you do. From there, we work on developing healthier ways of coping, improving communication, and responding differently to situations that may currently feel overwhelming.

I also focus on helping clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed learn how to slow things down, regulate their emotions, and respond more effectively in difficult moments.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or nervous at first. My goal in our first session is to help you feel comfortable and at ease.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of it, so you don’t have to worry about what to say.

I’ll also ask some questions to get a better understanding of your background and current challenges,

By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and have a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
