strengths based relational approach forms the foundation of our work. An

individualized treatment plan utilizing evidence-based modalities might consist

of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trust Based Relational Intervention,

Solution Focused, Trauma model theory, or EMDR.

You will learn new skills and strategies to promote enduring success.

With compassionate, direct, and authentic care you will recognize your strengths,

regain confidence, and self-esteem. Compassionate confrontation and

accountability will help you overcome barriers to healing. I utilize several

quantitative assessments to gauge our progress and provide a snapshot of your

success.
