Great to meet you!

I offer a kind, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply the weight of trying to hold everything together on your own. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work through what is weighing on you. Therapy with me is about creating a space where you do not have to have all the answers right away - just a willingness to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach is laid back, supportive, and centered on meeting clients where they are. I believe therapy should feel approachable and real, not intimidating or overly clinical. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand what they are experiencing, identify what is getting in the way, and explore practical ways to move forward. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, or relationship challenges, I aim to help you feel comfortable being honest about what is going on. Together, we can explore your options, build coping skills, and create a path that feels realistic, empowering, and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and supportive first session where we begin getting to know one another and talking about what brought them to therapy. We will explore what has been feeling difficult, what you would like to change, and what kind of support feels most helpful right now. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of empowerment, greater clarity, and a better understanding of your options moving forward. Therapy can be a place to find solutions, build confidence, and start creating positive change one step at a time.
