Great to meet you!

After years of helping people find their way through life, I am still awed by their courage and resilience. I will be honored to walk your journey with you. Although I have many degrees Ph.D., M.Ed, etc, knowing people and walking them through their pain is my greatest skill.

My approach to therapy

The most important person in our session will be you. I believe that until you put the oxygen mask on yourself, you cannot solve your issues or help anyone else. I would be honored to walk that walk with you. My approach to therapy is listening and learning what your needs are and applying my skillset to your mindset and see what a lovely picture we can create.

What you can expect from me

New self-worth and appreciation of life on life's terms will light your path. You will come to know that "good" or "bad" are not descriptions of your behaviors. Together will turn your survival skills from weapons to tools. You will come to realize what you contribute to this world and how to ask for that back.
