Great to meet you!

You’ve learned how to show up for everyone else. Therapy can be a place to figure out what it looks like to show up for yourself, too. With 11 years of experience as a licensed therapist in Texas, I specialize in helping individuals work through relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting stress, and self-esteem struggles. I bring an affirming, open-minded perspective to every session and I genuinely believe that you already hold the strengths needed to create change in your life. My role is to help you find them.

I identify as a cisgender woman, and I am committed to creating a space where clients of all backgrounds feel truly seen, respected, and welcomed. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, rebuilding your confidence, or trying to show up differently for your family, you don't have to figure it out alone. Starting therapy takes courage. I want you to know: reaching out is already something to be proud of.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-oriented and strengths-based we'll get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, but we won't stop there. Together, we'll build practical strategies you can actually use. I'm collaborative, not prescriptive you set the direction, and I help you get there.

Sessions are a space for honesty without judgment, and progress without pressure.

What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and valued. When appropriate, we’ll also set clear, measurable goals to help track progress, foster a sense of success, and empower you throughout your therapeutic journey.
