Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone turns to, the one who holds it together, cares for others, and keeps moving even when exhausted. But lately, you may be wondering, “What about me?” I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, including changes in identity, relationships, intimacy, and sexual wellness. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and make space to reconnect with yourself and embrace what comes next.
