Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Donna, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life's challenges and transitions. My professional background includes extensive experience in school-based mental health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, family support, and working with children and young adults with diverse social-emotional, learning, and sensory needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen when people feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we work to strengthen your foundation, develop practical tools, and build on the resilience you already possess.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to counseling. You'll have the opportunity to share your concerns, goals, and hopes for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you're a teen navigating school and friendships, a young adult finding your path, a college student adjusting to new challenges, or an adult managing life's transitions, my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges openly, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
