Great to meet you!

Welcome. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel difficult, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey providing a supportive and compassionate space for individuals navigating substance use, anxiety, life stress, and parenting challenges. My approach is person-centered and practical, helping clients build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

Every person’s story is unique, and I believe counseling should be tailored to your individual needs and goals. When we work together, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being honest and open. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to listen, support, and help you build practical tools for change. Whether you’re working through substance use, anxiety, life stress, or parenting challenges, we’ll work together toward healing and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting connection. You’ll have space to share what brings you to counseling, any challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to be open and heard. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discuss practical next steps that feel manageable and meaningful for you as we move forward.
