Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I have experience working in outpatient clinics, community-based programs, hospitals, and schools. I have supported individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, end-of-life issues, chronic illnesses, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I create a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to support clients in reaching their goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first couple of sessions, the focus is on rapport building so that we may get to know each other and determine if the therapeutic alliance is a good fit. I will review expectations and guidelines and learn more about what brings you to therapy.
