Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. I have worked in Emergency Services for over 10 years and have worked directly with First Responders for 5 years. I have a background in working with victims of sexual violence and victims of intimate partner violence and stalking. I believe in personal empowerment and recovery. I will support you on your journey to wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting you where you are. I believe we have so much more strength than we think we do. I think of therapy as a way for individuals to uncover what is buried within, and to help them understand what is driving their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Their insight will aid in learning tools to cope with challenging times.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that therapy sessions will leave one feeling a bit lighter and also with some new perspectives on ways to look into themselves and the world.
