Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate professional committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them address concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and client centered. I believe that each person’s experiences are unique, so our work together is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and pace.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as psychodynamic Psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and insight-oriented therapy to help you better understand patterns, develop coping strategies, and build lasting change. At the same time, I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship and work to foster trust, authenticity, and mutual respect in every session.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other. This initial meeting is an opportunity for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, any concerns or challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about my approach, what therapy might look like, and how we can work together effectively.
