Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over 18 years of experience working in mental health counseling. I provide tele-health services in New York and Florida, specializing in PTSD and trauma recovery, particularly related to chronic illness, emotional abuse or other trauma related challenges. If you are looking for real change in your life I’m here to collaborate with you to achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

I like to blend different approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness among others. My approach is compassionate but also challenging clients to achieve the change needed to reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session we will discuss what brings you to seek therapy. I will be asking pertinent background questions in order to identify goals for treatment and to see if we are a good fit for continuing treatment.
