I have interned at varying school sites, working with kids from 3-18 years old. I have also worked with individuals across the lifespan. I have especially appreciated and developed a passion for working with underserved communities and varying ethnicities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I keep an open mind when starting with clients, as seeking help is an important and courageous first step. My background is in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral and solution focused counseling. I collaborate with clients, building momentum in creating attainable goals, and gearing up toward more challenging goals simultaneously. I help clients create new, strength-based habits for a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

What you can expect from our first session
