Great to meet you!

I am Donna Stribling, and I have worked in health and mental health settings for most of my career, with a primary focus on inpatient medical care and outpatient mental health. I value this work because it allows me to connect with people, listen to their experiences, and support them as they work toward meaningful goals. I want my clients to feel welcomed, respected, and encouraged as they begin their healing journey. I believe my work is a ministry.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with building a genuine relationship and learning about you as a whole person. I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Through a thorough assessment and open conversation, I learn about your experiences, needs, and goals. Together, we can develop a thoughtful direction for our work that honors where you are and supports your growth at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will have an opportunity to learn about one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and any concerns that feel important to discuss. You can expect a supportive space to talk openly as we identify your needs and goals and begin determining the course of our therapeutic work together, with clarity, care, and encouragement.
