Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Donna! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adolescents, adults, families, and older adults through a wide range of life challenges. I often work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, trauma and PTSD, as well as relationship, family, work, parenting, and co-parenting concerns. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on, better understand yourself and your experiences, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empowering, and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify what you need, and establish goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I provide space to process your experiences while also helping you identify practical ways to move forward. I may incorporate exercises or “homework” between sessions to help you practice new skills, stay accountable to your goals, and continue building on the work we do together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about the concerns or challenges you’re experiencing, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a warm, open-minded space where you can be honest about what’s going on without judgment. From there, we’ll begin identifying your needs and goals and create a path forward together.
