Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with adults navigating anxiety and depression associated with relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the challenges of aging. I bring both professional expertise and genuine curiosity to every session, collaborating with you toward insight and possibilities for change. Outside of my clinical work, I am also a yoga teacher. The practices of yoga and healthy lifestyle behaviors further inform my holistic approach to care.

My approach to therapy

Working together, we will explore patterns of thinking and functioning that can lead to new understanding of yourself and the challenges you face. Through greater self-awareness, you will develop a stronger understanding of your experiences and feel better equipped to navigate life's stressors. My role is to be your guide and thinking partner, helping you access the insight and resilience already within you. Our work together will be a partnership.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to tell me about the challenges you are up against and what your goals are for this process. By the end of our time together, you'll have a clearer sense of what I have to offer and what our work together might look like going forward.
