Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or loss? Many of us face life's challenges feeling a loss of control, but you don't have to navigate them alone. I offer a gentle and client-centered approach to help you find your footing again. My practice is built on proven strategies designed to empower you with "life tools" and a renewed sense of purpose. Together, we'll focus on building resilience and fostering overall healthy functioning so you can move forward with confidence and strength. My passion lies in supporting you through these difficult times, helping you to feel empowered and regain a sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals with anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship/career issues using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, and ACT. As a certified hypnotherapist, I also offer a unique way to address deep-seated issues and promote lasting change. My integrated style tailors each session to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In a safe and collaborative space, we'll work as a team to explore how past experiences impact your present. By uncovering the root of your struggles and focusing on your inherent strengths, you'll regain confidence, build a strong foundation, and find a path toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
