Great to meet you!

I am a naturally curious and compassionate therapist. I strive to understand the various factors that influence my clients' emotional and behavioral responses.

I have gained a wealth of experience over the past nine years working with a reputable hospital system. I earned a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. I also have an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

I work with adults (over 18). I treat individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

Initially, I explore current stressors and range of supports in order to better understand the needs of my clients. I then explore the client's upbringing, background and impactful experiences in order to make connections and derive meaning. I recognize the importance of pacing during this process. As such, I gauge and respect my clients' comfort level while challenging them to connect the dots in their life story.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel more empowered after working with me. One of the most fundamental human needs is to be seen and heard. I strive to provide my clients with the space and support needed to explore the range of factors that influence their well being and decision making. The ultimate goal is for my clients to live their lives in a more authentic manner.
