Great to meet you!

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Whether you're constantly pushing through anxiety, struggling to move forward after trauma, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or trying to balance the pressures of work, family, or everyday life, it can feel exhausting to always be the one holding it together. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, men's issues, trauma, family conflict, and child or adolescent concerns. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the value of resilience, discipline, and having the right support when life becomes challenging. I work with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents to create a space where you can be honest about what you're facing, build practical skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes that strengthen every area of your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be honest, collaborative, and focused on creating real progress that extends beyond our sessions together. We'll work side by side to better understand the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. My therapeutic approach incorporates Positive Psychology, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Behavior Management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Psychoanalysis. I commonly help clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, PTSD, anger management, cultural adjustment, family conflict, relationship challenges, and other life experiences that impact emotional wellbeing, always tailoring therapy to your individual goals and strengths.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who will challenge you with compassion, celebrate your progress, and remain invested in your growth every step of the way. Therapy isn't about having someone tell you what to do. It's about building the confidence, resilience, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges long after our work together is complete. Whether you're working through personal struggles, strengthening important relationships, or helping your family move toward healthier patterns, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, and empowered to create lasting change.
