You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Whether you're constantly pushing through anxiety, struggling to move forward after trauma, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or trying to balance the pressures of work, family, or everyday life, it can feel exhausting to always be the one holding it together. My primary areas of focus include anxiety, men's issues, trauma, family conflict, and child or adolescent concerns. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the value of resilience, discipline, and having the right support when life becomes challenging. I work with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents to create a space where you can be honest about what you're facing, build practical skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes that strengthen every area of your life.
