Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns. I believe meaningful care begins with listening and understanding each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. My goal is to build a trusting, collaborative relationship and work with you toward improved mental health and lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe every person’s experience is unique, so treatment should be tailored to your specific symptoms, needs, and goals. I take time to understand your psychiatric and medical history, current concerns, previous treatments, and what you hope to achieve through care. When medication is appropriate, I provide education about treatment options, carefully monitor your response and potential side effects, and make adjustments as needed. I believe patients should be active participants in their treatment, and I work collaboratively with therapists, primary care providers, families, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate to provide coordinated care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, previous treatments, and goals for care.

Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, informed, supported, and confident about the next steps in your treatment.

I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, open communication, and shared decision-making.
