Great to meet you!
Life doesn’t always slow down when things get heavy. For many people—especially those used to handling pressure, staying strong, or taking care of others—it can be hard to know where to start.
That’s where I come in. This isn’t about overanalyzing everything or sitting in silence. It’s about real conversations, understanding what’s happening underneath the surface, and finding practical ways forward that fit your life.
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating stress, trauma, relationship strain, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Some people come in knowing exactly what’s wrong. Others just know something doesn’t feel sustainable anymore.
Background & Experience
As a military Veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience working across crisis intervention, high-conflict situations, and a broad range of mental health concerns, including trauma and PTSD. Much of my work has focused on communication difficulties, emotional regulation, unhealthy patterns, and the stressors that impact relationships and daily functioning.
My experience includes outpatient settings, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, private practice, and experiential approaches such as equine-assisted therapy.
I work with individuals from many backgrounds navigating stress, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, and major life transitions and specialize in working with Military Veterans and First Responders.
Why Work With Me?
My focus is on helping you better understand patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create manageable, lasting changes for everyday life.
