Great to meet you!

I am currently thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail as part of my own mental health journey and am not accepting new clients at this time. I anticipate returning in January 2027 and will update my availability as that time approaches!

--

Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who took the hard way into this field—building experience through Wilderness Programs, PHP/IOPs, Community Mental Health, In-Home services, and Therapeutic Schools. I’ve walked alongside clients in some of the toughest settings, and I’m ready to help you navigate anxiety, depression, and the stress of modern life. I believe growth happens when you’re supported, seen, and equipped to move forward. If you’re ready to do the work, look in the mirror, and share your wisdom—I’m with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative—with doses of humor along the way. I aim to create a space where you feel both understood and challenged. Whether drawing from evidence-based practices, grounding ourselves in a strengths-based relational approach, exploring existential philosophies, or weaving all of the above, the work is always tailored to you. So, if you're ready for a growth mindset, we’ll work together to help you reconnect with your true form—who you are underneath the fear, pressure, and self-doubt.

What you can expect from me

Clarity. Practical tools. A deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that keep showing up. You can expect honest feedback, a safe space to explore hard things, and support that’s authentically compassionate. Clients often tell me I’m warm, kind, and usually funny, but I won’t just nod and smile. I’ll show up with you, sit in the tough stuff, and help you find your way through it. Some sessions might feel heavy, others lighter—but all are focused on helping you feel more grounded, in control, and like yourself.
